there are 4 important factors that effects the flavor
1. freshness
2. grind
3. water
4. proporion
(10g coffee + 180g water ==> usual, 7g coffee + 30g water ==> espresso)
there are 3 kinds of flavor in a coffee
1. aroma
2. acidity
3. body
there are just 2 kinds of coffee beans
1. Arabica
2. Robusta
